Processed using a washed method, this batch brings out the aromatic clarity of the terroir of Minas Gerais, where the farm is located. This process, still relatively uncommon in Brazil where natural coffees dominate, reveals all the varietal delicacy and structure of this micro-lot.

Sítio Sossego, literally "place of tranquility", is a small family farm committed to the production of specialty coffees. Thanks to a rigorous approach to cultivation, fermentation and drying, the farm is able to express clean, subtle and complex aromatic profiles, far removed from the clichés of classic Brazilian coffee.
