Grown on the Santa Rita Coffee Estate in the Jinotega region, this Java variety coffee is cultivated at an altitude of between 1,100 and 1,250 meters by Alvarez Baltodano, in a terroir renowned for the consistency and smoothness of its profiles.

Processed using the washed method, it offers a clean, balanced cup, where the aromatic clarity highlights all the natural elegance of the variety.

On tasting, the attack is smooth and silky, marked by notes of mirabelle plum that bring a fruity and slightly tart sweetness, quickly joined by delicious hints of caramel and milk chocolate.

A harmonious and accessible coffee, both delicate and comforting, perfect as an espresso.
