This batch of Bourbon Rose, grown at Finca La Riviera by UBA Cafe, reveals a lively, explosive and intensely aromatic cup.
A bright and surprising cup, where juicy notes of ripe peach and the delicate freshness of the dragon fruit intertweach. The attack in the mouth reveals a vivid acidity of mandarin, quickly enveloped by the fragrant sweetness of the lychee.
This coffee is distinguished by its great aromatic clarity. A perfect profile for lovers of fruity and expressive coffees.
The process begins with a 24-hour rest of the whole cherries, followed by depopulation and fermentation in a bioreactor with inoculation of selected microbial yeasts, carried out under controlled conditions for 20 hours.
After fermentation, the coffee is washed to stabilize the profile, then dried in the sun for 25 days, with rigorous monitoring to preserve all the purity and elegance of the coffee.
This coffee was transported to Europe aboard a cargo ship with 100% velic propulsion, reducing CO2 emissions related to maritime transport by up to 98%. A direct road, without transshipment, for a cleaner and better preserved coffee.
