Guatemala – Farms of Antigua (Washed) - Espresso 200g

From the volcanic lands of Antigua, a historical and emblematic region of Guatemalan coffee, this lot reflects the know-how of local producers and the heritage of the large fincas of the valley. Cultivated between 1,550 and 1,900 m above sea level in a fertile environment, protected by the Agua, Fuego and Acatenango volcanoes, this coffee benefits from a unique terroir where rich clay soils and temperate climate shape profiles of great finesse.

In a cup, this coffee reveals a silky texture and a beautiful balance, carried by a soft roundness. Mandarin brings a delicate acidity, before giving way to warm notes of dark chocolate and a sweet and persistent finish of almond. An espresso that we never get tired of.
