Orange Bourbon is known for its rich sweetness and distinctive flavour characteristics. The rarity and versatility of this bourbon varietal are very captivating to many specialty coffee lovers in the world. The sophisticated weather conditions on Oscar's farm in Pitalito enabled the cherries to fully ripe and produce enough sugars that we could feel it from the syrupy mouthfeel in the final cup.

About The Coffee
Finca Los Nogales, cared for by the Hernandez family in Pitalito, Huila, tells a story of resilience and outstanding coffee. Suldery comes from this farm and is named after Oscar's mother. We visited Oscar in 2023 to meet him and his family and see the processing facility designed by themselves. We were inspired by the family's story of coming together after a tragedy to preserve their father's coffee legacy. Today, the family uses innovative approaches in engineering and sustainability farming to bring out the best profiles from their beans.
